When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services
  • Ensure all content and materials you provide to us do not infringe any third-party rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to healthcare advertising (e.g., ASA CAP Code, CQC regulations)
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals to prevent delays in service delivery

6. Fees and Payment

  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
